A close-knit team of experienced and efficient recruiters who have been successfully working together in the recruitment industry for over 15 years.

With a Master’s Degree in Foreign Trade (Sorbonne, Paris), I began my career in the food industry as Area Manager for the Americas with the KUHNE group. After moving to Lyon I joined BIOMERIEUX (Industry Division) as European Key Account Manager. This industrial experience in SMEs and large international groups gave me solid knowledge of company organization and a good understanding of industry requirements.

In 2003, I joined the export division of BALLAND CONSULTANTS, helping foreign companies establish themselves on the French market, after which I moved on to recruitment. Passionate about human issues and their strategic impact on business growth, I quickly devoted myself exclusively to the recruitment of sales executives: from sales and marketing managers to technical sales representatives and marketing support functions.

In 2012, when the firm was sold, I joined RH TRIUMVIRAT RHONES ALPES to ensure continuity for my loyal clients, who were increasingly looking for other than sales positions. This gateway opened a tremendous range of possibilities including recruiting for all company positions and providing more comprehensive advice with a 360° view of client organization.

For more than 20 years now, I have been fully committed to helping my clients – from very small businesses to very large international groups – deal with increasingly complex recruitment issues and profiles that are often rare and difficult to fill.
